You can message Aria from Telegram or Slack — same brand context as web Chat. Start in the app, connect the channel, then pick which brand Aria should use.

Use Aria in Telegram

Best when you want quick answers on your phone.
1

Message the Aria bot

Open Telegram and message the Aria bot. It replies with a secure link to connect your Engram account.
2

Confirm in Engram

Open the link, sign in if needed, and wait for Telegram connected.
3

Tell Aria which brand

Back in Telegram, send /use followed by your brand name (Engram shows the exact command after you connect). Example: /use acme.
If the link expires, send /start (or any message) in Telegram to get a new one.

Use Aria in Slack

Best when your team already works in Slack channels.
1

Connect Slack

In Engram, open Connectors, connect Slack, and finish signing in to your Slack workspace.
2

Add Aria

Choose Add Aria to Slack and complete the connect flow until you see Slack connected.
3

Pick the brand

In Slack, send /use plus your brand name (Engram lists the exact commands after you connect).

What you can ask

In Telegram: ask for a quick take on a competitor post, then continue the same brand work later in web Chat.
In Slack: ask Aria to draft a Monday brief, edit it, then share the approved version in the channel.

Tips

  • Brand Brain still sets voice and facts. Telegram and Slack only change where you talk to Aria.
  • During first-run setup, Engram may also offer a Web call or Phone call with Aria. That is separate from Telegram and Slack.
  • Each person who wants Aria in Telegram or Slack should connect their own account.
