Team

Manage team lives under the brand switcher and at /dashboard/team. Use it when more than one person should work inside the same brand.

Roles

Role	Can do
Owner	Full control: invites, roles, removals, billing-sensitive actions
Editor	Work across the brand; share chats they own
Member	Collaborate in chats and workflows they can access; cannot manage the roster

Open Manage team

From the brand switcher, choose Manage team.

Send an invite

Enter email, choose Owner / Editor / Member, then Send invite. You can also copy the invite link.

They accept

The invitee opens the link, signs in if needed, and lands in the workspace after accept.

After someone is on the team, open a chat → Share → add them by email or copy the chat link. See Chat for the full flow.

GTM lead + marketing hire

Keep the GTM lead as Owner. Invite the marketing hire as Editor so they can run Skills and share Chat threads with contractors.

Agency partner

Invite as Member for a campaign window. Share only the chats they need. Revoke when the engagement ends.

Editor polish pass

Share a Chat where Aria drafted posts. The editor revises in Writing canvas, then promotes the final version to Files. See Team handoff.

Prefer least privilege. Most collaborators only need Member or Editor.
Revoke invites that were never accepted.
Telegram and Slack are per person — connecting Aria there is separate from team membership. See Aria on Telegram and Slack.
